Pickup Locations

First, thank you for everyone that reached out asking what was going to happen to the meals once Bob’s Gym decided to temporarily close their doors. It was great to see how important these meals are to your daily life and was a nice spark to the team in the kitchen knowing they are doing something right. We want to do everything that we can to keep them available to you at this time and have spent a good amount of the day working together and creating plan for the immediate future. Here are the results…

1. We had meals ready to be delivered to the gyms yesterday prior to hearing of the closing and those are in the cooler at our commercial kitchen at this time. We also wanted to keep our team working today as planned as we waded through these decisions, so we have today’s meals as well in the cooler.  Starting today we will be selling our available meals curbside from our kitchen.  They will be priced at $6.00 each and will be first come first served. All you need to do is come to the door and tell the team what you would like and they will take your card and ring up your meals and then deliver them to the car.  The menu items will be…

• BBQ pulled pork with German potato salad and garlic green beans
• Pineapple Chicken with Chipotle Vinaigrette, rice and peppers
• Seared Chicken Breast with Goat Cheese, Roasted Asparagus, and Cauliflower Puree (Low Carb)
• Braised Beef Stroganoff with Wild Mushrooms on Pappardelle Pasta
• Chicken Fajitas Bowl with Peppers and Onions and Rice and Black Beans
• Turkey and Swiss Wrap with Carrots and Bean Sprouts and Herb Aioli

2. Starting on Friday March 20^th at 2pm we will be teaming up with Azzip Pizza to be a pickup location for our meals. You will be able to order them online through their ordering platform https://order.azzippizza.com/locations/azzippizza (Only Evansville Area Stores) from 11-8 pm daily. When you scroll to the bottom of the screen you will see the P Fresh meals. Meals will be priced at $7.25 each or if you want to grab some for throughout the week we will offer a discounted rate of 5 for $32.50. All you need to do is select which meals you would like, pay for them online, and then drive to the Azzip that you ordered them from. Once you are there, they will bring them out to your car and you are good to go. We will only be doing a limited menu at this time but will also offer some family-style meals during this time as well to help you feed the entire family.  We will be changing the menu should this unfortunately continue but this is the menu we will start with:
   • Lemon Rosemary Risotto with Roasted Chicken, Herbs and Cherry Tomatoes.
   • BBQ Pulled Pork Loaded Potato with Broccoli and Sour Cream
   • Braised Beef Ragu over Rigatoni pasta with Romano and Herbs (It’s amazing!)
   • Chicken Parmesan over Whole Wheat Spaghetti
   • Miller Farms Chicken Tenders with Mac and Cheese (For the Kids or Kids at Heart)
   • Family Sized Lasagna that feeds 6-9 people. (Must be cooked for 45 minutes)
   • Family Sized Salads that feeds 6-9 people with choice of Ranch or P Fresh Vinaigrette (Healthier Honey Mustard)

We want to thank everyone that has helped us offer locally made meals for their support over the last six years. We love providing them and will do everything we can to keep providing them to you.
